How To Add Line Break In Outlook Signature

Thank you for contacting Microsoft Customs. As per the issue description when you add the signature manually in an email there is three line space above and below the signature but when the signature is inserted automatically there is unmarried line spacing above and below the signature.
I would need more information on the consequence:
i. Are yous testing with two dissimilar signatures or a single signature?
2. Check if there space before and later on the signature which y'all are trying to insert manually.
two. Are yous trying to insert a digital signature on the emails?
3. What contents practise y'all have in the signature? Does the signature include any picture or hyperlink?

Thank y'all for your respond. If yous re-read my initial question, you will see I made no mention of whatever infinite before the signature. This is purely lines after the signature, only earlier the original message content.
In response to all of your questions. It doesn't matter what is in the signature. It tin be a unmarried give-and-take with no formatting, hyperlinking or even a wagon return. Every bit stated, this behaviour occurs 100% on all versions of Function and Windows, with different Windows profiles, Outlook profiles, and signatures.
If you have Outlook yourself, it volition take you two minutes to verify my own findings.
- Create an Outlook signature of 1 line, with no formatting.
- Don't set auto answer/forward.
- Open an existing electronic mail.
- Click forrard
- Insert Signature
I am a heavily certified and experienced Microsoft support specialist. I am fairly sure that this is hard-coded into Office, I simply need someone to verify it or my Managing Partner wont believe me.

I take same problem with Office 2010 and 2013. I accept many signatures for reply to my clients.
There is no difference between plain text, rich text or HTML messages.Y'all tin can exam this only with one alphabetic character, with apparently signature - two extra lines earlier and after occurs.
